Terms and Conditions for Free Email Migration to Exchange Online
Welcome to our Free Email Migration to Exchange Online Program. Before you can take advantage of this offer, please review the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. Qualifications for Participation:
Customers using Exchange 2013 and above: To be eligible for this program, you must currently operate an email system running Exchange 2013 or a newer version.
Customers using IMAP-supported email servers: Your email server must support the IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) for data migration.
Customers who already have BitTitan licenses acquired: If you have already acquired BitTitan licenses and require only professional migration services, you may qualify for this offer.
Customers will need to purchase the required subscription (Office 365/Microsoft 365/Exchange Online) via one of our selected CSP Partner/s.
Partner’s User Limit: The selected CSP must have a maximum of 30 users per migration project. This means that the partner’s should have a user base not exceeding 30 individuals per migration project. This condition is an essential parameter of eligibility for the program.
Please note that meeting any one of these criteria is sufficient for eligibility. If you meet any of the above qualifications, you are eligible to participate in our Free Email Migration to Exchange Online Program.
2. Scope of the Promotion:
- This promotion covers migration to Exchange Online workloads only. Any additional services, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint migration, are not included and will be subject to charges under our professional services offerings.
