As a reminder, at the end of September we communicated that, effective 1 October 2024, Auto Renew will be enabled by default for all new subscriptions purchased via the Epsidon Cloud Platform.
Should you wish to turn OFF the Auto-Renew functionality, please navigate to the Epsidon Cloud Platform and manage subscriptions accordingly.
For all subscriptions processed prior to the 1 October 2024, the Auto Renew will remain OFF by default.

Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Internal License Process with First Distribution
Product licenses (also known as internal use licenses or internal use rights) are part of the benefits when partners purchase a Solutions Partner designation or a Microsoft Action Pack.
If you currently have Internal Licenses with First Distribution, please be mindful of the upcoming subscription expiration dates. For those with Microsoft 365 or Office 365 Enterprise subscriptions through First Distribution, ensure that Auto-Renew is activated.
Important Notice: Changes to Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams licensing
Earlier this year, Microsoft announced a new lineup of Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams SKUs worldwide to provide commercial customers with the option of purchasing Teams separately from Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
Existing customers who wish to continue using SKUs to which they have already subscribed can do so (including renewals, license adds, and step-ups).
New suites without Teams, which are named the same as the existing suites plus “(no Teams).”
